Our block off kit allows you to convert your bike to an off road competition use only race machine with the removal of the SAS ‘smog pump’ and or the vapor recovery systems on bikes with these installed systems – just like on the race bikes we field in the Baja 1000.
12-19 EXF, XCF-W, FE
- (1) Exclusive custom black anodized SAS pump plug
- (1) Vapor recovery system vacuum screw w copper washer and (1) small vacuum port rubber plug. We give you both options on plugging this port in the side of the head as some guys are nervous about removing the barbed brass fitting and having it break off on them. If that’s you, use the small rubber plug instead.
- (3) large charcoal canister frame plugs for the 17-19’s
- (1) Kick stand automatic return delete short bolt
- (1) Vapor recovery system vacuum screw w copper washer and (1) small vacuum port rubber plug. - Removing the SAS pump and vapor recovery systems won’t change the power or performance of your bike but it will eliminate potential systems that could fail and cause you troubleshooting and drivability headaches.
- If you remove the vapor recovery system control solenoid on a bike with a US EPA map the FI (check engine ) light will be set. You can use this bypass dongle to prevent the ECU code from tripping. - Your bike may not be legal for street use in the US with these mods performed. Check local and federal emissions laws to confirm compliance.
